Test of HMC update for domain-wall fermion operator.

This class tests HMC update for dynamical domain-wall fermions. 12 Apr 2012 H.Matsufuru YAML is implemented. [14 Nov 2012 Y.Namekawa] Selectors are implemented. [03 Mar 2013 Y.Namekawa] (Selectors are replaced with factories by Aoyama-san)
