Detailed Description

Test of HMC update for Wilson fermions.

HMC test of Wilson fermion with a topology fixing term.

This class tests HMC update for dynamical Wilson fermions. Smearing of gauge configuration for the fermion operator is incorporated. 12 Apr 2012 H.Matsufuru YAML is implemented. [14 Nov 2012 Y.Namekawa] Fprop and selectors are implemented. [03 Mar 2013 Y.Namekawa] (Selectors are replaced with factories by Aoyama-san)

As HMC update, leapfrog (single level) for dynamical Wilson fermion with smeared topology fixing term is implemented. 24 Dec 2011 H.Matsufuru YAML is implemented. [14 Nov 2012 Y.Namekawa] Selectors are implemented. [03 Mar 2013 Y.Namekawa] (Selectors are replaced with factories by Aoyama-san)
